Cocus Nucifera (Coconut/Noix de coco)

For Skin : Good for all skin types. Massage well on body for about 30 minutes. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes before going for a shower.  Repeat twice a week for best results. 

For Hair : Apply liberally on hair, especially on hair ends. Massage gently into scalp with circular motions for better absorption. Leave overnight and then wash with a mild shampoo. Repeat twice a week for best results.
